Back Office Solutions – LMS Partnership

History

The Back Office Solutions (BOS) project began in 2008 as an alliance of Solutions’ members who came together to share e-learning resources. Community Learning in Infection Control (CLIC) was developed in 2011 as a collaborative with George Brown College to develop e-learning infection control modules for front-line providers. CLIC formally integrated with the original BOS group in 2012 to develop the Learning Management System (LMS) partnership. In 2013, a Ministry of Health grant supported the development of eight new modules on wellness-related topics. In 2014 a customer service training module was added. By 2015 the partnership had 12 member organizations supporting nearly 7,000 staff.
